The new Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel will open in December 2007. The hotel will be a sleek and dynamic addition to the exciting South Boston Waterfront, stylishly reflecting the vibrancy and aqua-elegance of the ocean which is directly across the street.


The hotel amenities will include: concierge; state-of-the-art fitness center with lap pool; whirlpool; spa treatment rooms; outdoor terrace; 24-hour business center with meeting room; wired and wireless Internet access in public areas and valet parking.

The 21-story hotel will feature 471 guest rooms, including 21 suites. All hotel rooms will include flat panel TVs with connectivity panel for laptops and MP3 players; wired and wireless Internet access; and individual climate control. In addition, all rooms will be appointed with the plush new Renaissance bedding collection.

The hotel offers more than 20,700 square feet of meeting space, including a 10,700 square-foot ballroom and a junior ballroom with wireless Internet access in all meeting space.

The hotel will offer Georges Bank Bistro; featuring fresh seafood; Starbucks® café; a lobby lounge; and room service
