This 8 days/7 night tour covers destination of Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake. Day-By-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Srinagar via Sonamarg to Kargil
Morning drive to Kargil from Srinagar. En-route stop at Sonamarg. Visit Kargil War Memorial. Arrive at Kargil and check-in at hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Kargil- Ulley
Drive to Ulleytokpo Leh and pay an en-route visit to Maitreya Buddha and Lamayuru Monastery. Arrive at a resort in Ulley for night stay.
Day 3: Ulley- Leh
Proceed towards Leh and en-route visit Likir monastery, Indus & Zanskar River Sangam and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh and check-in at the hotel. Later visit Shanti Stupa and Leh local bazaars.
Day 4: Leh
Full day Indus Valley tour includes visit to Shey Palace, Thiksey and Hemis Monasteries, and Stok Palace.
Day 5: Leh – Nubra Valley
Drive to Nubra valley via Khardongla Pass. Afternoon visit the white Sand Dunes, Camels, Hunder & Diskit Monasteries. Overnight stay at Deluxe Camp.
Day 6: Nubra - Leh
Morning at leisure or you can visit Samstanling Monastery in Keygar village. Later drive back to Leh.
Day 7: Leh- Pangong Lake- Leh
Full day excursion to Pangong Lake one of the amazing Blue Lakes in Ladakh. Back to Leh by evening.
Day 8: Leh – Departure
Morning transfer to the airport to board flight for Delhi

| | | Day 1: Srinagar via Sonamarg- Kargil |  | You will be picked- up from Srinagar & will be driven 205 km to Kargil. En-route take a halt at Sonamarg 94km. Thereafter proceed towards Drass village which is known worldwide for being the 2nd coldest place in the world. In the same vicinity make a visit to Kargil War Memorial. Finally you will arrive at Kargil town by evening and will check-in at a hotel for overnight stay.
| | | | Day 2: Kargil- Ulley Camp | | After breakfast drive to Ulleytokpo and en-route pay homage to the ancient Rock-cut Statue of Maitreya Buddha at Mulbekh village. The giant statue of Maitreya Buddha is the tallest Buddha statue in north India. Later visit to Lamayuru monastery & the Lunar like landscapes near Lamayuru village. A Tibetan Buddhist Gompa, Lamayuru was founded when a lake in the valley dried and today it stands as one of the largest gompas housing 150 permanent monks. The surrounding panorama enchants while the peace and solitude feels divine here. Finally at Ulley you will be escorted to a resort for overnight stay.
| | | | Day 3: Ulley- Leh | | Morning drive to Leh, en route visit the magnificent the Sangam (confluence) of Indus & Zanskar rivers which are the two largest rivers in Ladakh. Also visit visit Likir monastery and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh and check-in at the hotel. At Leh visit Shanti stupa which offers the best aerial views of Leh town and the 17th century built former palace of the Kings of Ladakh i.e. Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace which is the seat of the Kindom of Ladakh.
| | | | Day 4: Leh | | | The day will bring an opportunity to explore famed monasteries and palaces on the Indus Valley. Driving along River Indus you will come across various monasteries and palace structures which are centuries old. First on the sightseeing tour visit the former summer Palace of the kings of Ladakh i.e. Shey Palace; the entire complex includes of Shey Monastery and palace which is situated on a hillock in Shey. Mini potala like Monastery in Ladakh i.e. Thiksey Monastery which enshrines the most beautiful statue of Maitrey Buddha is situated on the top of a hill in the Indus Valley. The largest gompa in Central Ladakh the monastery is a 12 storey complex perched at an altitude of 3600 meters. Conclude the tour of the monasteries by visiting the largest and the richest monastery in Ladakh i.e. Hemis Monastery before returning to the hotel in Leh for O/N stay. | | | | Day 5: Leh – Nubra Valley | | | After breakfast, drive to Nubra valley via Khardung La Pass. The pass is known amongst one of the highest motorable passes of the world. The drive from Khardung La Pass will take you to Nubra Valley which is the capital town of Ladakh. From the top of the pass one can a panoramic view of Karakuram range to the north and Ladakh range to the south. Afternoon on arrival in Nubra valley visit the white Sand Dunes near Hunder where members can spot the central Asian Double Humped Camels and enjoy riding it too. For overnight stay you will be accommodated in Deluxe camps. | | | | Day 6: Nubra - Leh | | Post breakfast the day will be at leisure or if desired you can set on an excursion to Samstanling Monastery in Keygar village. Later drive back to Leh via the same route.
| | | | Day 7: Leh- Pangong Lake- Leh | | Early morning start for full day excursion to Pangong Lake, driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh. The Pangong Lake is surely one of the most amazing lakes in Asia for it changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. Situated in the Himalayas at an altitude of 4350 meters the lake is known for its unique characters and spectacular views. The lake is a wonderful sight with crystal clear blue lake surrounded by colorful barren mountains. Drive back to Leh by evening for overnight stay.
